• Resources • Our Process
Working with the Embroidery Company is a seamless process that involves 3 simple steps: listen & evaluate, design & refine, and produce & deliver.
LISTEN & EVALUATE
DESIGN & REFINE
PRODUCE & DELIVER
Step One: Listen & Evaluate
Our process begins the moment a potential client gives us a call or walks in with a project in mind. After stating what they need and providing the details of what they would like for us to do, we ask for a copy of their image. We then assess whether the project is attainable and we suggest solutions if we see any immediate challenges. After assessing the scope of the project, we give the potential client a quote.
Step Two: Design & Refine
If the potential client agrees with our initial assessment and quote, we enter into a partnership with them and we begin the process of fulfilling their order.
After officially receiving a purchase order from the client, we begin the setup for the order. This involves taking a sample of the client’s artwork, such as their logo for example, and converting it into a digitized embroidery file.
Once we’ve digitized the client’s artwork, we run a test of the design by doing a sew-out on an extra piece of fabric. If everything turns out well, we send a proof of the sample to the client for their approval.
Step Three: Produce & Deliver
Once the client approves the proof, the internal work on our end is set up for production. Once the order has been fulfilled, the client either picks up their order or makes a request for us to ship it out on their behalf.Product Packaging and Shipping
When a client decides to drop-ship their order, we help by rebagging the finished product into the manufacturer’s bag, a complimentary service that we offer, and then we ship the order out. Another added bonus: The Embroidery Company does not charge for shipping on the client’s behalf!Claims & Returns
We recognize that mistakes happen. If a mistake has been made, we ask our clients to call in first to notify us of the mistake. Once the issue has been discussed, we then ask the client to return their product back to us and we take action to correct the problem.Do you have a product that needs some embellishment?
